Brief Outline:

Business Development Manager - £35k to £40k - Surrey. A unique opportunity to work for a fast-expanding, financially stable Water Hygiene company that are looking to expand their market share across the South of England. We are looking for someone who can initially build our market share across the South but then move into a Sales Manager position. The main purpose of the role is to promote our Legionella risk assessment, monitoring and prevention services throughout the South Of England with a particular focus on Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset


About the Client:

We are an independently owned and operated Water Hygiene Compliance business with operational coverage throughout the South Of England. We have seen steady growth since our inception over 20 years ago and have built a strong reputation thanks to our outstanding service record. We are particularly strong in the education sector with Schools and Colleges making up 70% of our client portfolio. The remainder is made up of traditional commercial services to offices and light industrial


About the Role:

* Selling our range of Water Hygiene compliance services to potential clients across the South of England
* This role is a mixture of new business and account management
* Providing a technically knowledgeable, consultative service to our clients both new and existing
* Sourcing opportunities within education and the end-user commercial market where we have a number of strong references
* Highly autonomous role where you will be required to manage your own diary and appointments


About the Candidate:

* Prior experience in Water Hygiene Sales is essential
* You should have strong knowledge of Water Hygiene regulations including ACoP L8
* Working knowledge of the education and commercial routes to market would be advantageous
* We are looking for someone who is very much a hunter, who is happy to source and develop their own relationships with potential clients
* The person to fill this role will be career focused and looking to develop themselves in a forward-thinking company. We want someone who would like to move into management in the next 2 years


Points of Appeal:

* Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 + commission + Full Benefits
