Brilliant opportunity to join a fast growing tech start up offering unique search technology for the recruitment industry. Our client has an excellent reputation and footprint in the UK, with over 70 testimonials received in the past year alone and with take up from global/top 100 recruitment companies already, they are expanding quickly and are looking for two graduates to join their sales team. Offices based in The Shard, Central London.

This is fantastic opportunity to join at an early stage in the company's development and our client offers exciting room for progression and an excellent remuneration package; with 1st year OTE earning of £60k + and in-depth sales training. Your will be joining a fun and successful sales team with additional incentives including lunch clubs & team holidays.

The role is a mix of both new business (over the phone and face to face ) and account management – renewing existing accounts and maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities include:

Develop great working relationships with top-tier recruitment agencies, understanding their business and selling the benefits of your productDevelop and gain new business - lead chasingAccount management – renewing existing subscriptions/accounts/upsellingRegular face to face meetings with your clients, demonstrating the benefits of the technology.Hit or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targetsManage accurate territory revenue forecastGain a full understanding of the recruitment market and have fantastic product knowledge.Skills required: Whilst this is very much an entry level sales role, your first step into the world of sales, the ideal candidate will have at least six months telesales experience ( for example, telesales, part of your universities alumni telephone fundraising team, sports club membership sales or pr experience) Plus:

A drive to get on the phone and source new businessExcellent communication skillsFun and lively personality—"can do" attitudeProven track record of successfully working within a target driven environmentEducated to degree level, minimum 2.1Competitive & resilientSelf motivatedUltimately the successful candidate will be a very enthusiastic individual with the ability and confidence to sell to multiple companies on a daily basis.

Salary:£22k basic, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission (OTE £60k+)
