The Role:
In the role of a Business Development Manager you will be expected to hunt and develop new business by selling an award-winning portfolio of Facilities Management Software (CAFM) across London and the South East. Targeting the public sector, you will be helping National Organisations such as NHS, Local Authorities and Education optimise their facilities Management processes. You will need to present to a variety of key decision makers, as well as dealing with OJEU Tenders and Bids for the business.

The candidate:
As a Business Development Manager, you will need to be a self-motivated team player that is use to exceeding goals and revenue expectations. Having industry experience within CAFM is a huge plus, however it is not essential. The ideal candidate must have a background selling to software (SaaS) to the Public Sector, as well as being a strategic thinker with proven consulting and interpersonal skills. The individual will need to have previously dealt with Tenders and Bids for large contracts, or had experience dealing with large targets and order values.

The Package
As a Business Development Manager, you will receive a basic salary of £50,000-£55,000 + excellent benefits and a lucrative commission structure with a realistic OTE of £80,000.
