Large prof services firm managing payroll & benefits end to end. Managing a team of 6 in the City £50-60k

Your new company
Your new company is large professional services company that are instantly recognisable both on the high street and in the city. This job has come about due to recent expansion and they are looking for someone ambitious that is looking to manage a large team function.

Your new role
Your new job will be to manage processing the payroll and the benefits function for the whole organisation from start to finish. You will have direct reports and be the main-point of contact for any issues and be responsible for mentoring, training and developing a team that require experienced guidance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need have processed payroll and benefits before ideally within a similar environment and have previous management experience. This company is going through a period of transition so you must be able to deal with change.
