This role is due to start in the New year and is based in Crawley, West Sussex.
The main focus of this is :
*The development and growth of top 180 existing referral accounts and winning new competitor accounts
*Assisting the Customer Marketing Manager with the implementation of business plan to achieve business objectives for above
*Implementation of all Value Added Customer Solutions (VACS) for Existing Customers
* Compiling, assimilating and communicating competitor intelligence to the Marketing, Sales and Education teams

Role Summary:
This position has a greater emphasis on tactical planning, sales implementation, sales force execution and marketing communication. This role will work closely with the sales force and external agencies to ensure that practice marketing resources are deployed appropriately and practice marketing plans are implemented and followed up. This will involve implementing clear market expansion programmes and VACS, including implementation of SOPs, collateral and behaviour change initiatives (training and coaching). Experience of working with external agencies will be important as it is envisaged that an element of the services required will be delivered via an out-sourced third party providers. There will be requirement to execute various education and promotional events, such as referral evenings, education events, study clubs and trade shows and events. Therefore, a high degree of organisational skills and project management experience will be required.
Depending on the experience of the individual, this role may take on total accountability for specific projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting to develop a commercial plan to meet the needs of existing accounts and meet the business objectives for these customers:
*Implementation of practice marketing and practice building initiatives to enhance account growth and retention (including budget allocation) Implementation of customer loyalty/discount schemes
*Implementation of direct to consumer initiatives
*Implementation of ‘feel good‘ initiatives and events
* To support the execution of the plans above to defend and grow existing accounts in close collaboration with sales management team (to include training, sales collateral, practice/patient collateral, 3rd party service provider contracts etc...)
*To support the execution of the plans to win new competitor accounts

This is a Part time role ideally 2.5/3 days per week,

Required:
* Minimum 3 years’ marketing experience in global B2B companies
* Experience of working closely with large sales forces
* Excellent project management skills
* Evidence of ‘closing the loop‘ and measuring success of business initiatives and project management
* Experience of working effectively with external agencies
• Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal colleagues
*Ability to network and form strong business relationships with influential key opinion leaders 
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
