£100k - £140k base + Full corporate bonus

You must have strong semiconductor knowledge, be based in EMEA, and be able to travel extensively across the region.

Working for a leading global IT security vendor, this is a critical high-visibility phenomenal growth it has enjoyed through its long established Physical Access Control Business unit.

You will strategically lead the extension and growth of the embedded technology division across EMEA. You will build on well-established business relationships in the UK, Germany, France and the Nordics, whilst forging deeper into other territories such as Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

You will take ownership of key strategic partners across the ecosystem including OEM’s, partners and Licensees within the EMEA region.

You will have responsibility for:

·Providing overall day-to-day management and direction to the sales and technical team based in three different regions,

·Develop embedded revenue streams to meet/exceed current revenue targets through the engagement of OEM, partner and Licensee opportunities within the EMEA region

·Personally working directly with key OEM’s, partners and licensees as needed. You will also close large complex deals contributing to the US $multi-million target

·Coordinating activities with team members in other regions to ensure business optimisation across regions

·Strategically expanding the channel ecosystem & Partner Program to optimise the utilization

Provide day-to-day leadership and management to Embedded Solutions team members located in EMEA who function in business development and inside sales roles.

Experience Required

EMEA sales management experience, preferably in at least one other language.

Strong 'embedded technology’ knowledge or have a mobile manufacturing background.

Credible knowledge of semiconductor, physical access control, RFID and the security industry.

Knowledge and experience of mobile technology & implementations would be highly advantageous.

Achieved a reputation for being a "trusted advisor".

Must be able to work collaboratively and transparently as a part of a team and have unrestricted access to the EMEA.

Base £100k, OTE £140k + Full corporate benefits.
