Creative Education Academies requires a Senior Business Manager to oversee the Finance & Resources of a cluster of academies in Stoke-on-Trent. Comprising of Fair Oak Academy, Hagley Park Academy and the shared Rugeley 6th form facility, this is a vital post which offers prospective candidates a guiding role on the Senior Leadership Team with a broad remit to deliver resources to approaching 2,000 pupils and 250 staff.

The lions' share of the day-to-day duties of this role surround the management of Finance and ensuring accurate timely reporting to the Group Finance Team, the wider commercial focus is expected to entail the following:

*Financial Planning, Management and Reporting
*Accounting and Governance
*Information Management and IT
*Human Resources Management
*Procurement and Contract Management
*Health & Safety
*Providing the Support Office
*Facilities Management
*Income Generation

Successful applicants will have experience working in similar roles; delivering Finance & resources to education establishments either as a Business/ Finance Manager or Bursar/ Finance Director. This outstanding opportunity would well suit a qualified CSBM or DSBM candidate looking to enter into ACCA/ CIMA/ CIPFA training (full support is available,) or a qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CIPFA) who would be willing to study for School Business Management qualifications (again full support is available.)
