Project Manager - Bespoke, Engineered Flooring
This well-known supplier of bespoke, engineered flooring is seeking a new Project Manager for their North London team.
The company supply flooring for a range of projects from museums, high end residential and galleries. They supply to well know and prominent architects and have firmly established themselves as a leading supplier within their sector.
The role will involve managing multiple projects that are at various stages of the process. Therefore, the role will involve lots of site meetings and conducting initial surveys, working with architectural plans and drawings to produce job costings and quotations.
The Project Manager will also be tasked with placing orders for individual projects in accordance with agreed works and costs with clients.The role will also involve managing the Assistant Project Manager and overseeing their work. The Assistant Project Managers role focuses on the procurement and delivery of various materials for the client projects.
The Project Manager will also be tasked with overseeing and managing logistics for all site operations. managing and updating client account sheets for monthly billing purposes and preparation of reports for the finance department.
You will need good experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel and if you have CAD and Sketchup experience this will be a big advantage.
Site management experience is also very much required along with a driving licence.
