With multiple offices worldwide, the company works with huge enterprise level brands such as Avaya, Skype and Amazon WebServices etc. They are a cloud based solution who enabling the telco industry to increase business performance. This is an incredible opportunity to drive the success as the first Europe Sales Director.

The Role:

This is an opportunity to join a fast growing business as the Europe Sales Director. You will exert exceptional sales leadership skills to manage the UK/Europe sales team, exceeding revenue targets and maximize revenue targets. You will drive the business strategy, as part of the senior management team, while developing your own relationships with key customers. There is also the opportunity to travel around the world!

The Candidate:

- Must be educated to degree level
- Must have a proven track record of Sales Leadership, having managed a team of at least 4 people.
- A background in the telco industry is a plus
- Must be able to communicate coherently and build relationships with clients
- The ability to work as a team, under pressure and handling multiple tasks at a time

In return you will earn up to £100k per annum + 100%.
