Places for PeoplePlaceBuilders is looking to attract a talented Development and Investment Manager.  We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercial individual to join our successful team.

What your role will be

You will build and maintain relationships with agents, developers, housebuilders, funders, investors and across the wider PfP Group.  In conjunction with the Major Projects Director you will utilise your networks to identify, manage and deliver development, investment and joint venture opportunities and disposals.

You will prepare investment appraisals and business cases with appropriate content in relation to each opportunity and, if approved, manage the delivery of the opportunity through to completion.

This role could be based at our London, York or Milton Keynes office and there will be a requirement to travel between these locations to suit business needs.

Your background

You will have a solid background within the property market and be able to evidence a track-record of identifying, creating and delivering schemes and opportunities. You will ideally have experience in all aspects of property development and investment and a good understanding of emerging sectors and trends.  A proven track record of structuring, negotiating and delivering joint ventures is desirable.

You should hold RICS Chartered status (MRICS/FRICS) with detailed knowledge of relevant statute, policy, procedure and industry best-practice.
