As a Salesforce Administrator you will have the opportunity to work directly with a large partner base and internal users, improving the way they use Salesforce to drive the customer and sales processes. You will join a team who are responsible for the effective operation and support of Salesforce.com, and work alongside our existing administrator to increase the capacity of the team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

* Troubleshooting system issues, managing system upgrades, developing workflows, documenting processes, and providing technical support for users.
* Providing expertise in the effective operation of the application.
* Configuring the Salesforce.com application. This may include creating or updating UI views, updating standard and custom fields, creating validation rules and more complex customisations to meet specific business requirements.
* Being accountable for the Salesforce instance, taking ownership in ensuring its effective design, development, and implementation.
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify and prioritise requirements.
* Implement identified changes. This includes project management, design and analysis, system configuration, front-end changes, training and roll out to users.
* Assess the impact to the production system when implementing change.
* Provide insight, expertise, and support in identifying and using other apps or systems that might benefit Frontline in the future.

Systems administration:
* Create and maintain workflow rules, formula fields, approval processes and escalation / assignment rules, customisation of fields, objects, record types, page layouts, reports dashboards, and validations.
* Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, evaluate impact of new features and functionality, identify opportunities, and prepare for roll out and adoption of new releases.
* Monitor data storage and ensuring the usage of the platform remains within the licensed parameters.

The successful candidate should have at least a year's salesforce experience and experience in coding and preferably ADM201 Certified, as it will be looking to integrate into a developer position down the line.
