Social Media Executive/Community Manager - Victoria - 20-22k

Our London based client operate within the food/beverages industry and they are currently looking to hire a Social Media Executive/Community Manager to join their fast-growing and ambitious team.

Responsibilities include
Customer replies. Ensuring every comment and email are answered within a timely manner, ensuring your customer service to be best in class.

Partnerships/Collaborations researching a list of companies and recommending 2-3 per week
Channel Growth using Follow/Unfollow/Comment using follow/unfollow/commenting to ensure the weekly channel growth numbers are being hit. Conducting a test and learn to work out the most effective way to do this.

Social Posting with a focus on Facebook (2 posts per week) and Twitter (30+ per week). You are responsible to scheduling in all the posts in advance for the following month. For Twitter this means pulling together research on images and potential copy to be signed off internally.
For Instagram (10+ per week) this means leading on the copy and images from the in-house creative team.
Blog working with interns to decide on a relevant theme that fits within overall social theme and have 1 blog posted per week
Influencers. Researching and tracking relevant people with influence.

Skills and experience
The successful candidate will want to create content and relationships that are not like everyone else out there.

You will need to be excited to work within a creative marketing team to develop ideas from initial brainstorm through to final execution in a collaborative way.

You should be a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years` experience in a similar field.

You will need to be outgoing, enthusiastic and able to build relationships quickly with people.
