This therefore offers a very attractive opportunity for the successful individual to grow their role and responsibilities into a Sales Manager/Director position as the business grows.
They sell, installs, services and hires air compressors across S.E England.
Summary of Job Role and Responsibility:
The Area Sales Manager role is to present and sell the complete range of products and services that the business offers; including complete installations, spare parts, service contracts and accessories within the defined territory.
Success in this role requires sales acumen and a good technical / product knowledge, selling to direct end user accounts within a defined geographical territory.
The role requires some engagement with existing customers, however the primary focus of this role is finding new customers across a number of industry sectors, and to help aggressively grow the business.
They are seeking someone who can take individual responsibility and accountability for their results. They will need to be creative with a strong consultative sales approach to develop new business relationships.
A successful Area Sales Manager displaying the willingness, right attitude and aptitude will be offered the opportunity to grow within the firm and take on managerial functions to build a larger and stronger sales team.
