Clinical Care Manager (RGN) required in Brighton, East Sussex , up to £50k per annum. Working for one of the most highly regarded, luxury care groups in the country. The position offers an excellent induction and continued training. As well as a very generous salary and benefits package.

My client requires a dedicated Clinical Care Manager to work within a beautiful nursing home in Brighton, East Sussex.

The role involves lead the Clinical Team providing strong clinical knowledge, leadership and management to ensure the high standards are achieved in all areas of the home including relationship centred care, clinical care and dementia care. Ensuring all statutory and regulatory standards are met and is aligned to codes of conduct and company procedures

You will be directly involved with senior management and will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Clinical Care Manager will have excellent clinical leadership skills.

Essential Requirements
- Hold a nursing qualification - RGN
- Have 6 months experience in a similar capacity
- Be registered with the NMC
- Be passionate about Elderly care
- Have satisfactory references
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Management qualification desirable
