A reputable technology company, based in West London, is looking for an engaging Marketing Assistant to join their team.
This is a busy office filled with a lot of dynamic individuals, allowing you to build close relationships with those you are supporting. You will be managing extensive diary and travel arrangements, scheduling meetings daily, processing inquiries and assisting with the coordination of events. You will be very much well-integrated into the office environment and at times, you will be expected to liaise with high profile clients and become involved with internal and external facing initiatives within the business, so a degree of professionalism and courtesy will be key. The successful candidate will also have the exposure to senior individuals and therefore, expand your existing skillset. Your impeccable communicational skills will be displayed when managing multiple inboxes and booking meeting rooms for the wider team.
Offering your previous marketing knowledge, you will be expected to be incredibly responsive to the demands of a busy team, and in return your work will be highly valued and appreciated, making you an asset to the brand. - Education in Marketing is preferred.
