My Client are a youth travel brand who have made their mark all around the world over the last 50 years. They have a buzzy office based just South of London and pride themselves in being the destination experts for speedy getaways and amazing journeys. They are now growing their Digital Performance team and are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to come join the team.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be expected to have a high level of skill and competence, commercial acumen and strategic thinking, together with the ability to work as part of growing team of passionate ecommerce and digital marketing specialists. They want someone who is truly passionate about the performance marketing channels and ready to take their career to the next level.

The Role:

*You will be Planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns and other digital activity to further generate leads and sales for the business
*You will work alongside the Head of Performance in leading the relationship and buying strategy for regional marketing teams
*You will be a key communications leader by building and managing relationships with international marketing teams
*You will work alongside the Head of Performance in reporting and (often ad-hoc) analysis of digital activity providing crucial insights into further sales and marketing opportunities, and effectively communicating this to global senior management and international marketing teams for implementation
*Drive marketing efficiencies through global target setting, best practice sharing, and collaboration with international marketing teams
*Manage and maintain a best-in-class measurement solution using Google Analytics and other various tracking tools to ensure that all activity can be effectively measured and reported on

The Candidate
The successful candidate will have all of the following:

*You will be an experienced PPC/SEM specialist with extensive hands-on client or agency side experience- at least 2 years' experience
*You will have a strong working knowledge of bid management software and packages such as Marin
*You will have a proven track record of Display and programmatic display buying and planning
*You will need to have a working experience of Affiliate marketing and affiliate buying strategy
*You will have exceptional reporting and analytical skills using excel
*You will be expected to have excellent account management/communication skills
*And finally be passionate about all things online and the role paid search plays in multi-channel digital marketing
