International B2B product team:

The International B2B product team at Ticketmaster focuses on providing the most scalable and reliable ticketing platform in the world to support on sales for the live events in Europe. The team also focus on addressing promoters, artists and venues needs through B2B tools supporting the whole event life cycle from imagining an event up to providing the best services to the fans once they are on premises.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join our TM international B2B product management team, which is part of Ticketmaster UK. As Product Intern, in our team you will assist in building products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on industry best practices and your collaboration with our market representatives and clients.

In this role, you will be able to develop general understanding of the ticketing industry, the competitive landscape, customer requirements, distribution channels and Ticketmaster’s product offerings.

You will be mentored by seasoned product managers and can expect to gain on the job experience in many aspects of product management. You will be expected to have an appetite to focus on our users, markets and internal customers to understand their problems and find innovative solutions to deliver on our online platforms.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS - SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate or pursuing postgraduate degree. Business, Computing/IT or Engineering major preferred.
  • Great communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrable comfort with technical and business concepts through coursework or prior experience.
  • Ability to quantify business benefits based on measurable outcomes.
  • Well-developed analytical skills.
  • Demonstrable interest in transactional websites and large-scale applications.

We are currently recruiting for a number of roles across our product team and each role focuses on a different area of Product Management. This is a full time (Monday - Friday 9.30am-5.30 OR 10am-6pm) paid internship that will be recruited on a 12 month fixed term contract commencing in September 2017.
