Places for People Leisure are recruiting for an Operations Manager to join our Felixstowe team; a family leisure facility located along the seafront providing a gym, three pools, soft play, classes, swimming lessons and much more.

What your role will be

You will support and report to the General Manager and as part of the Senior Management team and be critical in the successful delivery of the day to day operations of a busy leisure facility. This is a hands on role and you will work with your team of Duty Managers, Sales Manager and the Fitness Manager to ensure all staff deliver excellent service. You will ensure Health and Safety is adhere to at all times and maintain a high profile ‘shop floor’ presence and a high level of interaction with the staff and customers. Staff training and performance reviews will fall under your remit, as will dealing efficiently with any customer queries or complaints.
