This team focuses on understanding how their customers behave, and how loyalty schemes and personalised marketing can encourage new customers. This team runs on insights hence while this role is so critical to the business.

Role of Customer Insight Analyst

Are you curious and passionate about delivering insights?

Are you analytical minded with the ability to provide actionable recommendations in a commercial environment?

Do you have an inquisitive mind and understand customer data?

If so then this could be the perfect role for you! Responsibilities include:

- Conducting interviews to understand customer experience
- Drive understanding of research techniques
- Commission research projects using third party providers
- Present insights to stakeholders in a concise manner
- Provide recommendations for business decisions

Requirements

- Experience working in market research / insight role
- Experience recruiting and analysing research is a plus
- Experience with customer data analysis with things like conjoint analysis, segmentation, regressions would be a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of SPSS
- Beneficial to have knowledge of SQL, Javascript and Tableau
