Investor Relations Manager - Real Estate. Our Client is an international property investment and management company. They specialise in developing residential properties, mainly within the Central London areas. They have rapidly grown from strength to strength over that last few years and are not showing any signs of slowing down. They are now seeking an experienced and commercial Investor Relations Manager to join their dynamic investment management team.
- Supporting the Chairman in managing investor expectations.
- Sending out newsletters.
- Updating investors with activities within the company nin relation to their investments.
- Investor reporting.
- Managing and arranging investor meetings in London including making hotel and & travel arrangements.
- Responding promptly to queries from investors.
- Attending investor meetings.
The person: To apply, you MUST be an experienced Investor Relationship Manager and be working for another property / real estate investment firm. Previous experience of working with HNWI's globally is a preference however not essential. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are non-negotiable as part of this customer facing role. You must be able to multi-task and act upon different requests from both the Chairman and investors. Understanding of central London residential property markets will be helpful to be able to communicate effectively with the investors. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing, independent property organisation.
