My client is an established IT Support and Services provider with an outstanding reputation for providing the highest quality of support and services to their client base. Each client receives a tailored service that meets their IT needs and the Engineers are focused on providing quality IT support rather than call targets. The company has other satellite offices that include a data centre in London and their own ISP.

Due to continued success, they seek an additional Engineer, possibly two, to join their existing team. You will provide 2nd and 3rd line support to a growing business customer base. You will be based at the Basildon Head Office with some opportunity to provide in house support on client site at times if you would like a change of scenery.
