Motor Finance Area Sales Manager - London and Home Counties

Job Description
This exciting opportunity within the company Field Sales Motor Team that will encourage and motivate you to meet your full potential.
This is field based role (home based)
Covering the top of Surrey, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Berkshire areas.
Selling Prime Motor Finance, targeting franchised dealers and approved used dealers.
Profit driven & Service Driven - Service through Dealers - believe in high level of customer service in dealers will retain the business and ensure success

Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive & targeted territory dealer database management including new dealer prospecting.
Regular reviews conducted with Key Accounts.
Monthly new business action planning.
Maximise new business volumes from targeted accounts and manage income against budgets.
Manage dealer quality and all applicable credit applications & advance funding facilities.
Achieve and maximise KPI`s.
Promote good conduct risk outcomes in all business actions.

The Person
Field Based Sales Experience
Experienced account manager & new business winning ability.
Experience selling to car dealers
Strategic and consultative approach to sales
Highly motivated, proactive, innovative
Ability to achieve Sales Targets in a competitive market.
Self-motivated and achievement focused.
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
