Account Manager (Internal) - Manufacturing/Technology
International manufacturer of specialised technology solutions seek a proficient and industrious Internal Account Manager to join their busy team.
The Internal Account Manager will have the primary responsibility of looking after a designated brand of products and their worldwide distributors. Based from their office in Hertfordshire, your key duties include:
- Becoming an expert in your designated brand, in order to maintain and strengthen relationships
- Acting as the first point of contact and managing relationships with a range of existing accounts for the designated brand
- Using telephone and email as your main sales tool to build and maintain a monthly target
- Listening and reacting to the needs of your clients in order to solution sell
- Raising and following up on quotes, dealing with customer queries and maintaining the CRM database
Applicants for this Internal Account Manager position will have previous experience in managing their own client base, with a track-record of growing existing accounts. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be a highly organized individual with a good eye for detail.
A good understanding of maths (especially discounting and percentages) is essential. You will be a bright and enthusiastic person who works well under pressure and has a great manner when speaking to clients both on the phone and face to face.
In return, our client is offering a salary range of £25000-£28,000 plus commission and company benefits. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a thriving organisation!
