A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Event Sales Executive to sell sponsorship and exhibition space onto a number of large B2B events, initially within the healthcare sector.
- To sell exhibition space for the events by telephone and face to face visits, to a portfolio of existing clients, as well as developing new business, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded wherever possible.
- To make a personal commitment to sell event sponsorship including creative sales initiatives to maximise on revenue.
- To observe information about clients' products, needs and business practices in order to offer effective sales presentations and appropriate product assistance.
- To prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients, researching relevant products, and protect and increase existing business.
- To maximise on the promotion of the events by way of regular mailings to clients ensuring the databases are kept up to date
- To assist in the preparation of promotional plans and sales literature as required.
Reporting to the Associate Publisher under the overall responsibility of the Publishing Director.
- The candidate must have 1-2 years' plus experience in B2B delegate, sponsorship or exhibition sales.
- Achievement of all sales targets
