1st Line Support Engineer
Please not you must live within a mile of postal code E14 to be successful.
- To log all telephone calls on the Helpdesk system and assist users in solving IT related problems.
- To allocate calls to the appropriate team.
- To liaise with users to ensure calls are resolved to their satisfaction and close resolved calls.
Perform administration tasks relating to new users, requests for hardware/software, running routine reports from various systems etc.
You will have at least 6 months experience in a 1st Line support capacity and be able to support the following technologies; Windows XP/7, MS Office and Active Directory.
