Digital Manager

We are looking for an experienced Digital Manager, with substantial commercial and digital expertise. You will successfully take the lead in managing the day-to-day operation and development of the retail websites. Your main focus will be driving sales and executing digital strategy whilst delivering an immersive brand experience. You will be responsible for the growth and management of the online business to develop and implement the digital/e-commerce strategy.


  • Defines digital strategy, define and track performance metrics

  • Develops a strategic plan to deliver natural traffic growth through SEO

  • Full accountability for the end-to-end online experience and performance

  • Identifies the affiliates and partners strategy and plan in order to maximise the e-commerce footprint of the brands

  • Effective communication of available functionality to the business with regards current e-commerce infrastructure

  • Manages and develops analytics and performance reporting

  • Significant contribution to building the business from the ground up to become one of the leading retailers in the beauty industry

  • Applies learnings from Google Analytics and web platform to identify opportunities and enhance the sites performance to customer needs and behaviours

  • Works with Sales & Marketing teams to create sites which communicate the brands effectively and perform successfully as a high revenue sales channel

  • Oversee social media strategy for selected brands to drive engagement and amplify 360 marketing campaigns

  • Lead the digital direction for the company with strategic insight & relevant examples to sell in at Board level

  • Management of digital part of each brand’s budget

  • Strong leadership skills to head up the growing Digital team of 4.

Experience required

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role

  • Experience with analytical platforms and interpreting data, including advanced Excel and Google Analytics skills

  • Proven ability to develop initiatives that increase conversion and revenue

  • P&L Management experience
