Prestigious private gaming club seeks a VIP Services Executives (Mandarin speaking) to maintain relationships with established (high-worth) players and assist with educating both internal and external customers on gaming requirements to yield better share of the gaming wallet and player loyalty.

This role will also provide interpretation services to their qualified Chinese-speaking customers, to improve understanding of casino offerings and to deliver an outstanding experience each and every time they visit.

Additional responsibilities include administrative duties, and organisation of bespoke VIP activities, personalised events and frequent customer contact.

  • Acts as primary liaison for all Chinese customers and interpreter for Chinese-speaking customers, as directed by the Marketing Team

  • Coordinates and facilitates bespoke VIP activities and events, including parties and corporate box hosting at the request of the Marketing Team

  • Maintains intimate knowledge of hotels, bars, clubs, golf courses and other appropriate retailers that may be sources of new affluent, VIP gaming customers

  • Executes short and long-range marketing plans based on strategies and goals to increase the club’s share of gaming wallet from high-worth gaming segments

    Keeps informed of competitive Casino Marketing efforts from both within the London market and abroad

  • Strives to improve and simplify the VIP experience, through the continuous assessment of policies and procedures, work processes and programme effectiveness/value

  • Other duties as may be assigned by the Marketing Team and approved by the CEO

NOTE: In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform such other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time

Annual Basic Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 (dependent on previous experience and whether the candidate is familiar with the gaming industry)

Bonus: Eligible to receive discretional bonus

Pension: The company contributes 7% on the basis than the employee contributes a minimum of 3.5%

Working Hours: 45 hours per week (10.00 pm - 06.00 am night shift work)

Clothing Allowance: £1000 after completion of probation

Holiday: 20 days per year + 8 days statutory holidays

Staff Canteen: Food is provided on shifts

The ideal candidate:

  • Fluent Mandarin-speaker

  • Good level of English

  • Gaming or hospitality sector commercial experience (advantage)

  • Well presented, good inter-personal skills and manners

  • Flexible attitude, polite, positive manner

  • Reliable, conscientious, attention to detail
