We are currently recruiting for a Contract Manger to be responsible for a number of sites within the Wandsworth area. With a contract turnover of £12m this is an important contract within the PfP Leisure portfolio. Our contract with Wandsworth covers seven separate sites including multi-purpose leisure sites offering fitness centres, studios, swimming pools, health suites, indoor sports facilities, adventure play zones, squash, 3G pitches and the Tooting Bec Lido. 

What your role will be

The Contract Manager will report to the Area Manager and be critical in the success in delivering our contracts to some of our busiest facilities. We have an excellent partnership with Wandsworth Council which has been running since 2000 and we have recently invested £4M to refurbish some of the facilities within the portfolio in addition to a Sport England grant of £600k awarded to build a pavilion at Tooting Bec Lido.

You will be responsible for ensuring the management team are developed, motivated and inspire their staff who in turn will provide the best service to all our customers. You will ensure that the services provided are fully in line with our contract, ensure financial targets are met and be the central point of contact for our stakeholders.

Your background

You will be a leisure management professional who has operated at a contract management level. You will be comfortable translating financial and operation KPIs into reports and with your highly developed communication skills be able to present this information to internal and external stakeholders.

Our Wandsworth contract is running well however we are ideally looking for someone who can take our contract forward therefore would welcome applications from manager who can evidence how they have used innovative techniques to increase performance, revenue and stakeholder satisfaction either at a contract or large centre level.
