Jewellery Production Assistant
Pravins Ltd, one of the UK’s leading independent jewellers is a family-owned business within the luxury jewellery industry is currently recruiting for a new position within the head office team. The business was established in 1969 and has an excellent reputation in the jewellery industry, founded on quality and exceptional customer service.
A full time position within our Buying Team at Pravins Head Office in North London. This role will specialise in the management and delivery of specialist client orders.
Managing a critical path of orders generated for clients from our boutiques
Maintaining appropriate margins for each order
Liaising with suppliers on costings and expected due dates
Liaising with workshops and Pravins’ boutique staff
To ensure all product adheres to Pravins' specifications
To maintain relationships between suppliers and boutique teams
Answering boutique enquiries via email and telephone
Outstanding communication and organisational skills
Excellent time and self-management
Proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to work under pressure and maintain inner state control
Passion and drive to excel and exceed client expectations
Comfortable with Microsoft Windows 7 and Office software
Knowledge of the jewellery industry and production processes is not essential. This role would suit a candidate currently working in a buying or product development function.
