BANQUETING SOUS CHEF- 5 STAR HOTEL - EAST LONDON - £35K
A first class opportunity has arisen for an experienced, committed and ambitious Banqueting Sous Chef to join this stunning 5 star hotel based in East London.
As banqueting sous chef you will take ownership of your section's mise-en-place in terms of quantity and quality and lead by example. Also, training and guidance to junior chefs is a must.
Effective team working and networking skills and the ability to work independently using own initiative. The ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload. They are looking for a self-starting, organised Senior Chef with extensive experience to add to their senior team. Person Qualities
The ability to challenge conventional thinking; must have demonstrable experience in evolving existing concepts.
Strong leadership qualities. Must balance driving for results with the ability to coach and mentor the chefs and their skills, supporting development of capability levels and succession planning.
