  • Support launch and marketing of new products and services through lead generation campaigns, market segmentation, content development, execution, and measurement
  • Help prepare lead generation strategies and plans, including global and local campaigns, putting into practice an understanding of the local market(s)
  • Develop and execute communications and client announcements, working to ensure messages are consistent with the overall brand and meet company standards to maintain and promote the positive image on behalf of the organization
  • Maintain promotional materials inventory and manage Marketing SharePoint site
  • Plan and coordinate webinars, events, meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; developing schedules and assignments; sending invitations, managing registrations, coordinating logistics, and managing pre- and post-event communications
  • Coordinate updates to website pages to keep content refreshed on a regular basis
  • Maintain databases, lists, and segmentation processes; and champion data integrity efforts
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports and dashboards by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales data, and determining ROI of marketing activities
  • Manage timelines and budget associated with marketing projects, ensuring all activities are on budget and campaigns are executed on time


  • Experience of B2B Marketing experience, ideally in financial services or professional services
  • Experience of successfully supporting marketing strategies to meet company objectives
  • Ability to work successfully in a matrixed, global organization with internal product and business teams, client service, sales, and colleagues within marketing
  • Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel and related database segmentation tools and methodologies
  • Intermediate level of experience with marketing and sales automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, and others a plus)
  • Experience leveraging social media to build campaigns and generate leads
