CAMBRIDGE, United Kingdom - Our client is an industry-leading technology business seeking to recruit a new Head of Agile Software Delivery to join their team.

Have you progressed from being a Software Product Owner to leading and providing oversight of all Software Product Owners? Are you responsible for ensuring all Agile Software Teams are delivering maximum value to the business, and to the customers and users? Are you still hands on, for example fulfilling the role of SW Product Owner directly for a development team and thus leading by example?

If so then this is an ideal opportunity for you to champion best practice in Agile Product Ownership, engaging with the Agile SW community and facilitating positive change within the business. You would help teams maximize their velocities; assessing and maximizing the business value delivered by each development team.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED?

  • Experience as a Product Owner delivering mass-market software
  • Strong understanding of Agile & best practice software design principles
  • Stakeholder management and commercial astuteness
