A dynamic construction company based in North London is looking for an project manager with a degree in construction related engineering to join their team.

The role will involve working on a range of interesting refurbishment and new built projects mainly across residential and retail sectors, taking an active part in every stage of the works from inception to completion and providing efficient support to as well as deputising for the project manager assistant in a day to day running of the project.

Ideal candidate will have experience in construction industry and will be able to demonstrate and apply in practice their professional knowledge based on the engineering degree. They will be a creative and proactive individual with hands-on approach, good problem solving skills and ability to work to a deadline. Practical knowledge of using AutoCAD is essential. The applicants must be good communicators, taking meeting minutes, working well as a part of a team and being confident when participating in business meetings with clients and associates.
