We are currently representing a privately owned Main Contractor that is based in Cambridgeshire that covers the education, commercial & general build sectors, up to £500K in value and covers Cambridgeshire & surrounding area.

Due to retirement, we are currently looking for an experienced Contract Manager, coming from a trade background, to oversee a number of jobs, reporting to the owner and oversee jobs, ensuring that each job is progressing in accordance with program & client expectations. The successful applicant will be reporting to the owner and will also be expected to possess client facing skills as well as spending time in the office overseeing back office staff, with a view to ensuring each job runs smoothly and of course on time & to budget.

The company has gone from strength to strength in terms of new business, which includes a well known University in the Cambridgeshire region and also enjoys a high repeat business ratio - jobs cover both new build and refurbishment and cover the Cambridgeshire region.

Salary/package is negotiable, dependent on experience.

Ideally, you will reside as close as possible to the Ely & surrounding area.
