Marketing/Sales Administrator - Chelmsford - £24,000 PA

An exciting opportunity has arisen to support an International Marketeer of a manufacturing company. Supplying clients worldwide, this role is based in Chelmsford and will involve the creation of marketing plans, dealing with press releases and booking trade shows and events. The successful candidate will also need to be able to process orders and work under pressure close with the sales team. This is an excellent chance to develop your marketing skills working with a hard working and and proactive manager who take pride in dealing with their customers in a confident manner, whilst working to tight deadlines. Responsibilities include:
Having an input into the creation of a marketing plan for the company.
Managing internal communications.
Process orders in a timely fashion and respond to incoming enquiries-via fax, telephone, email.
Work in a sales environment to tight deadlines
Participate in the administrative process of returns via the agreed quality process.
Assist customers with invoice queries and escalate if necessary to resolve.

Essential Skills:
Previous marketing/sales experience gained within a manufacturing environment
Experience of processing orders in a busy sales office
Good IT skills including Excel
Ability to handle sometimes difficult calls with professionalism and confidence
Available to start work end of June

Working hours = Monday - Friday 8am-4.30pm
