We are currently recruiting for a new growing technology company with an enviable international customer base. Located in Old Street area the offices are vibrant and energetic, complete with table tennis and a comfy beanbag filled meeting room.

The company is currently going through a period of restructuring and are recruiting for a flexible individual to help transitioning their outsourced payrolls in the UK, Europe and Asia to a new outsourced global payroll provider. The successful person will also look after the day to day aspects of payroll until the transition is complete. There may also be some bank and balance sheet reconciliation work in quiet periods. This role will report into the Senior Financial Accountant.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing of monthly payroll for approx. 200 staff in liaison with outsourced payroll provider
• Processing of monthly expenses and per diem payments
• Key player in transitioning payroll from multiple outsourced providers to a single provider
• Assistance with entering AP invoices and checking expense against agreement
• Performing bank reconciliations and potentially other balance sheet reconciliations
• Providing support on any finance related tasks or projects

Required Qualifications:

• Immediately available
• BA/BS degree, preferably ACCA/CIMA part qualified or AAT qualified
• At least 3 years' experience in payroll in an international multicurrency environment
• Experience in Oracle preferred
• Excel proficiency
• Ability to prioritise, multitask and communicate effectively
• Sense of humour
