You will be joining the customer marketing team for one of the big TMT players, helping the business devise solutions to one of the key challenges of any major player within this market - customer churn.
As the CRM Planning Manager, you will be principally aligned to their consumer premium media product, assisting with things like churn prevention strategies, forecasting, quarterly campaign planning and reviews. You will also be helping to deliver robust, long term plans with the aim of reducing churn, increasing customer value and satisfaction too.
You will be working in support of a Senior Manager and as part of a close-knit team who, in the broader context, take care of circa 2m customer communications per week on behalf of the business (both operational and promotional).
You will be analysing things like existing performance, identifying reasons for churn and identifying 'at risk' customer segments, then looking for opportunity to create loyalty within the base, both pro-actively and reactively too.
This role will lean quite heavily on the data and planning side of things, looking at things like customer behaviour and market dynamics (competitor offerings, pricing strategies, etc.), utilising the data to spot trends and from that creating strategies and plans of action which are then adopted by the customer marketing unit in order to save customers.

Role: CRM Planning Manager
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 base
Benefits: ~10% bonus, pension, flex-bens package, 25 days annual leave
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience within campaign planning, within a CRM environment is really important
- You understand the mechanics of loyalty and retention marketing
- Experienced in devising large-scale, multi-segment plans for a complex audience/customer base
- Analytically minded - you're not afraid of a spreadsheet, looking for trends in data and critically able to draw meaning and devise action off the back of it
- Experience instructing analysts on analysis projects, so you know how to shape and deliver this to get the best/most useful results
- Advanced Excel skills - you know how to do pivot tables and the likes
- Must have the necessary visas to live and work in the EU
