Our client is one of the most respected luxury non-alcoholic beverage brands in the world with products served in over 70 Michelin* restaurants, hundreds of 5* hotels, via ecommerce website and with luxury lifestyle retailers, and yet small enough for you to make meaningful change. As a growing company in a fast-growing sector with an incredible product and purpose at its core, they are recruiting an International Key Account Manager to help support international growth with key markets in the Middle East and China.

Key Account Manager role

This is a new position to drive international business in Hospitality, Travel & Leisure, and Retail. You will create and deliver new business and key account development plans with a focus on group deals and opportunities in our core international markets and regions with responsibility for retention, growth & new business as well as account P&Ls.


  • Create and deliver new business and account development plans
  • Target key groups in luxury hospitality, travel & leisure and retail closing new deals
  • Take ownership of international accounts prioritising activity, according to strategy, value, and opportunity
  • Manage P&Ls by account and to manage investment for optimal retention and growth and increased profitability
  • Work collaboratively to deliver plan with Distributor Manager and local distributors
  • Manage relationships to retain and grow accounts and uncover new opportunities
  • Manage and develop relationships at all levels
  • Deliver and execute key account development plans in line with strategy
  • Deliver co-ordinated sales and marketing initiatives to deliver retention, growth and new business Work with Distribution Manager to assist with lead generation for new distributors
  • Ensure optimal visibility and presentation of brand and its touchpoints
  • Be an exceptional brand ambassador demonstrating passion and expertise
  • Consult current and existing customers
  • Capture and manage accounts, opportunities, people and activities within CRM
  • Undertake any other task, deemed to be appropriate to this role, as directed by a member of the Management Team or Board.

Experience, skills and knowledge

  • Substantial experience of performing the role of key account manager
  • International sales, FMCG brand experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Highly commercial approach
  • Challenging, questioning and consulting sales approach
