Technical Service Manager - Software Support
I am looking for an experienced SaaS support consultant who will be responsible for providing technical support to the companies client base cross their range of software products. The role will involve taking service requests regarding issues such as product configuration, functionality and responding within SLA's.
The role will also involve regular client reviews to ensure they are getting the most from company products, as well as making them aware of new products that could assist their business needs. This role is a strong client focused role so you will require strong communication skills as well as the following skills and attributes: -
- Strong background working with a client facing support capacity
- Strong background supporting SaaS based products within a B2B software company
- Knowledge of various IT operating systems
- Experience working within the travel sector would be highly advantageous.
