Customer Digital Transformation Lead

Our client, based in the finance sector, is looking for a Customer Digital Transformation Lead to be responsible for designing and managing their Digital Customer Experience to continually meet customer needs at a justifiable cost. The role is responsible for delivering the Digital Transformation for Customers workstream, or other work streams as required, as part of their strategic blueprint, leading Change & IT teams to deliver the target digital customer experience. Required Knowledge and Expertise:

• Demonstrate excellence in digital customer experience design and management

• Demonstrate excellence in driving change, agile ways of working, project management and continuous improvement methods

• Excellent communicating and influencing skills

• Excellent in leading and influencing people

• Excellent at strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Excellent organisational awareness and stakeholder management

• Strong project management and prioritisation skills

• Strong ability to run effective workshops
