My client is a specialist consultancy who specialises in cost management and project management along with other disciplines. They have a variety of offices around the UK and work on a variety projects across the UK and Europe.
Your new role
You will be working on a hotel portfolio worth a combined £17,000,000. You will be managing the projects and be tasked with managing all the different members within the team. Day-to-day duties for the role will involve traditional PQS duties such as; Take offs, Preparing tender documents, client meetings, JCT and NEC 3 (All Options), BOQ amongst others. What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be chartered and have experience within the hospitality sector.
What you'll get in return
The salary on offer is between £55,000- £65,000 (dependant on experience). There are also great benefits attached which include a car allowance and private medical care.
