Internal Sales/Team Manager-SME

£25k - £28k + £40k OTE

Role:

We are looking for an energised Renewals Team/Sales Manager to promote the company brand and drive renewal performance in the SME sector. Reporting to the TPI Channel Manager, this role will assume full responsibility for delivering TPI Internal renewals in line with business plan.

Accountabilities

  • To lead TPI Internal team to deliver renewal volume/margin against business plan
  • To ensure all renewed contracts are achieved at set Business plan Margins
  • Lead on strategic initiatives for TPI Internal Renewals Team
  • Work with external account managers to manage broker relationships, including adhoc Broker Meetings
  • Produce robust business plans for TPI Internal Renewals Team
  • Motivate, coach and performance manage TPI Internal Renewals Team
  • Set robust succession plan to ensure the continued development of team members
  • Ensure all tracking, MI and KPI measures are in place
  • Report back to business TPI Internal Renewals Team performance against agreed objectives on regular basis
  • Hold monthly 121s with all TPI Internal Renewals Team members
  • Follow all regulatory and compliance procedures
  • General operations processes - adhere to internal processes and procedures and contribute to the on-going development and improvement of operational processes in this area
