We have partnered with a new and emerging cloud-based technology company based on the outskirts of Southampton. Experiencing significant growth since their recent launch, we have been asked to help recruit two Support Desk Engineers to deliver customer support to clients throughout the UK.

As a Support Desk Engineer, you will have prior experience of providing excellent first line support. The successful individual will be required to work well within a team environment, have a "can-do" attitude and bring high motivate to the small, close knit team.

First Line Support Experience
Incident Management / Fault Reception
IT / Technology awareness
Call Handling / Ticketing Systems

Technology environment:
Telephony - Cisco technologies / VOIP
Microsoft Office / Microsoft Outlook
Apple Mac
Web based systems
