A well regarded firm are opening a new office in Milton keynes and are looking to add experienced Conveyancers to work in their fantastic new offices in the city centre.
The duties will include:
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including purchases, sales, re-mortgages and other associated matters for both freehold and leasehold properties.
- Managing files through to exchange and completion.
- Achieving fee income targets to ensure profitable working.
- Achieving completion targets.
This will be a busy residential conveyancing department and would suit applicants who thrive on working in a fast-paced environment. In return, you will be rewarded with all the training and support you need to succeed.
You must be IT literate, with strong attention to detail and able to demonstrate customer care skills.
Salaries for the role will be negotiable depending on experience and will include a very generous bonus scheme.
