About the Senior Social Worker role

We are looking for experienced Social Workers to join our Adult Social Work Services in East Suffolk.

You will be based in either Stowmarket, Saxmundham or Felixstowe providing social work services to adults in Suffolk in either our Neighbourhood or Transitions and Learning Disabilities team.

Our customers range from 18 years old upwards and you will be working with older people and adults with long term and acquired physical conditions and age related issues within the philosophy of personalisation, ensuring customers maintain and reach their independence potential.

This involves close engagement with local communities and partner agencies and includes signposting, reablement and developing integrated ways of working with Health colleagues.

Relevant Social Work qualification and HCPC registration are essential, as is access to personal transport.
