Articulate, energetic, customer service and results focused, Claims Handlers required.
Disastercare is a fast growing business with 15+ years expertise in the restoration of flood and fire damaged domestic and commercial property. We have recently relocated into the Alton area to enable further growth.
This role involves close liaison with insurance companies, loss adjusters, our technicians and the general public. The objective is to manage a claim, cradle to grave, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient and accurate reporting and invoicing.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- excellent telephone skills
- the ability to communicate in writing and with attention to detail
- good time management and ability to prioritise, ensuring deadlines are met
- passion about delivering positive customer outcomes
- IT Literacy
Experience working within a claims handling environment would be desirable, however a professional attitude towards customers at all times and desire to provide exemplary service is a must.
Office hours are 9-5 with some flexibility.
