The Opportunity:
They are looking to bring on an Account Manager to look after their London accounts with a primary focus on free trade and new business. You will have direct contact with key national and multiple accounts, therefore previous account management experience is desired.

The role entails liaising with these key accounts in the London are, using your knowledge of the drinks industry within the area, creating new business that reflects their premium products. You will be responsible for reporting on your accounts, as well as contributing to a model of best practise that can be utilised throughout the company.

The Role:
Passion for beer is what is key! We are looking for a beer enthusiast who can help deliver increased distribution of the brand across the region by developing key accounts and effectively maintaining those already formed. If you are an experienced sales professional looking for your first major responsibility or if you are looking to excel in a new environment, then this is the opportunity for you!

Do you have:
* At least one years' experience within the on-trade sector
*An enthusiasm for the beer industry!
*Educated to a A-Levels or equivalent
*Ability and confidence to present and handle tough negotiations
*Ability to work in a team, although equally confident independently
*Previous success with sales targets
*Ability to utilise and acknowledge data and turn it into insight
*An assured, yet polite and welcoming manner
*Initiative to capture new business opportunities

The Ideal Candidate:
*Someone who connects with people with ease and who understands the importance of growing and maintaining strong client relationships
*Someone who understands the product and can pitch to a client with clarity and confidence
*Someone who goes out of their way to make a deal successful
*Someone with a strong personality and the drive to succeed
*Must be able to work well independently and organise their time efficiently to get the best outcome

Key Responsibilities:
*Take ownership of key accounts, while identifying opportunities for brand development within strategically important regional accounts
*Create commercial joint business plans with key customers and groups
*Target key accounts to further develop the brand portfolio
*Retain key accounts by building key and significant relationships
*Create and implement activity plan for key Route to Market customers
*Responsible for managing installations/draught process/wholesaler and leased tenanted quality programme
*Build the strength of the portfolio through being an accurate and effective ambassador of the brand
*Sell in and authorise draught installs in line with premium brand quality
*Development and delivery of account plans which underpin the wider brand strategy
*Manage the budget spend through account Trade Investment to ensure cost effectiveness
*Assist with training and development of the sales team
*Be an ambitious ambassador for the brand
