Sales Executive - Marketing Company

What we are looking for:

An ambitious, driven and career minded individual to join our already successful and talented sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating their own leads, building and maintaining a pipeline with a view to close their own deals too.

Job Description:

  • Build & manage an active sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Build meaningful relationships, both within the company and externally.
  • Identify business opportunities and target markets.
  • Make initial customer contact through visits or calls.
  • Identify each potential customers’ needs.
  • Formulate business proposals according to customers’ needs.
  • Challenge objections in order to close ongoing deals.
  • Manage existing accounts and upsell expansion activities.
  • Develop new opportunities and close existing ones.
  • Prepare sales reports by analysing self-sales performance with a view to improve it.

Person Specification:

  • Previous sales experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • A confident & determined approach
  • Self-motivation & drive
  • A competitive streak
  • Resilience - the ability to cope with occasional rejection

Additional Information:

  • Based in Leatherhead
  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 17:30
  • £18,000 + Commission
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
