My clients are looking for a UK Regional Sales Manager ideally from an educational sales background but not essential.This is an amazing opportunity to join a leading professional, fast paced forward thinking technology company based in Essex. You will be responsible for managing a large number of educational client accounts as well as also managing relationships between company partners, developing long term relationships between clients and maintaining current business with existing accounts. Responsible for monthly Sales Forecast and reports, identifying new sales growth opportunities, attending conferences, events and meetings that will benefit the annual financial income of the company. Willingness to travel of site to attend meetings and conferences. Working as a team to exceed the monthly and annual sales goal. You will be working alongside the EMEA Sales Manager, and be expected to manage your own territory effectively with a view to exceed all targets set for the year. You will be attending conferences, performing presentations and building on the existing clients whilst attracting new business and maintaining those accounts.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

•Communicates well with internal and external customers and thrives in a team environment. •Manages assigned Sales Engineers, partners, prospects, and customers in assigned region. •Manage assigned account renewals •Provides sales training for resellers. •Creates and submits proposals to new prospects •Assesses customer’s technical needs - asking astute questions and listening to understand, anticipate and exceed their expectations. •Supports sales and marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other sale events. •Aggressively pursues new customers and opportunities within an assigned region •Hold presentations and meetings on how a product will meet client needs. •Acts as liaison between other members of sales team and technical staff. •Responds to customer or reseller inquires in person, via email, or telephone. •Performs other related duties as assigned.
