Looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity in a young international and dynamic environment? Working in one IT leading companies worldwide, focusing in the hardware division?

The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the operations for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) customers and distributors. In doing so, you will help and support the EMEA to grow sales by delivering operational efficiency.

The Role:

·Understand and be an expert on the OEM business model of our Client.
·Maintain and develop a computerized OEM contracts Database.
·Define, develop and coordinate the implementation of the operational model and blue print for OEM onboarding and order intake standard processes.
·Build the synergies needed to create operational efficiency.
·Quote generation, and order intake and tracking.
·Manage the onboarding process for new OEM accounts at EMEA or WW accounts expanding to EMEA in cooperation with the OEM Business Manager.
·Support countries on quoting or coordinating the quoting process for OEM accounts.
·Support quoting to ODP partners when needed.
·Push escalations when needed on urgent orders, support issues or other special escalation within the our extended team.
·Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

The Essentials:

·Strong communication skills
·Naturally well-organized with a high attention to detail
·Self-driven and goal oriented
·Ability to work autonomously, and define processes from the beginning
·Previous experience working with sales support
·Native English speaker (French or German at high level are desirable)
